MasterChange

MasterChange is an online exchange service for cryptocurrency and fiat funds. Its published form shows USDC, USDT, TRX, BTC, ETH, XMR, LTC, DASH, ZEC, DAI and DOGE against USD, UAH, EUR, TRY and PLN.

Payment methods Clients can settle by bank card, cash, Wise, Privat24 or Monobank, which reflects a focus on Ukrainian and European payment routes. Crypto transfers run over TRC20, Tron, ERC20, Ethereum and BEP20.

Rate, fees and timing Network fees are considered separately and depend on the chain and operation. Refunds carry their own fee rules, which are not the base tariff. A rate is fixed under the conditions and at the moment the service states, and the rules allow a recalculation in specific cases. The processing regulation mentions 24 hours, which is a condition of that regulation and not a guaranteed term, because bank, network and compliance delays can occur.

Compliance AML and KYC procedures are published. The service may request identification data and documents, checks the bank card, analyses transactions and addresses and their risk profile, and asks for confirmation of the lawful origin of funds.

Refunds and claims A refund decision may depend on the compliance review and on the documents provided, and fees or confirmed costs may be withheld. The rules contain provisions on claims and limits of liability, to be read in the relevant section.
