LovanPay is an online service for exchanging cryptocurrency and fiat funds. Its published form shows a wide asset list: BTC, USDT, AVAX, BNB, BCH, ADA, LINK, DASH, DOGE, ETH, LTC, XMR, SOL, TON, TRX, USDC and others, against the fiat currencies RUB, USD, KZT, KGS and UZS.

Payment methods and networks Clients can settle by bank card, SBP, cash or PayPal. Transfers run over Arbitrum, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon, BASE, Solana, TON and TRON, which allows lower-cost chains to be chosen.

Rates, fees and timing The terms state that a fee is included in the exchange rate or calculation. Network fees are handled separately and depend on the chain. Rate fixing applies under the conditions and at the moment set by the service, and a recalculation is possible in the cases the rules provide. The processing regulation mentions 20 minutes, which is a condition of that regulation and not a guarantee, as bank, network and compliance delays can occur. Minimums and maximums are set per currency, direction or order.

Compliance and refunds AML and KYC procedures are published, with a bank card check and confirmation of the lawful origin of funds. Refunds go to the original payment details or wallet, and costs may be withheld. A partner programme is announced.
