Overview
ColibriPay is an online service for exchanging cryptocurrencies and fiat money. The listed assets are BTC, USDT, USDC and TON, and the only fiat currency is RUB.
Payments and access Settlement is made by bank card or through the Russian SBP system. Crypto moves over Ethereum, ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, Optimism, Tron, TON and Solana. The rules state an age requirement of 18 and over, and payments from sole proprietors, companies and other legal entities are not accepted, so the service is for adult private individuals only.
Fees and timing The rules provide for a commission, but no single confirmed rate was found for all directions. The processing rules mention an interval of 15 minutes, a condition of a specific regulation rather than a guarantee, and bank, network and compliance delays are possible.
Compliance and refunds AML/KYC procedures are published. A refund is possible only in the situations the rules set out, and an unconditional refund on any request is not confirmed. The rules also cover claims and limits of liability, and a partner and referral programme is announced.
