CinusExc is an online service for exchanging cryptocurrency and fiat funds for both individuals and legal entities. The published form lists USDT, BNB and TRX against RUB, USD, EUR and CNY.

Supported networks are Ethereum, BEP20, TRON, Solana, Polygon and Optimism. Payment methods named are bank cards, SBP and Volet.

Rate, fees and timing

The rate is fixed under the conditions and at the moment the service specifies, and a recalculation is possible in cases the rules provide for. Network fees are treated separately and depend on the network and the operation. Refunds carry their own fee provisions, which are not the base exchange tariff.
