Overview
BitFlaming is an online crypto exchange service for individuals and legal entities. Its terms and available exchange directions are published on the official website, and contact is by email.
Fees and settlement Network fees are treated separately and depend on the blockchain and the operation. Refunds carry their own fee provisions, which should not be read as the base exchange tariff. The processing regulation mentions an interval of 24 hours; this is a condition of that regulation, not a guaranteed time for every order, and banking, network and compliance delays are possible. The rate may be recalculated in cases set out in the rules.
Compliance The service publishes AML and KYC procedures and may ask for identification data and documents. It describes analysis of transactions and addresses and their risk profile, and its policy provides for confirmation of the lawful origin of funds, with the scope of evidence determined by the check.
Refunds and disputes A refund decision may depend on the compliance review, and confirmed costs may be withheld. The rules also cover claims and limits of liability. A partner or referral programme is declared, with accrual conditions set by the service.
