Arbuz is an online exchange service that converts XRP for fiat. Its published form is intentionally narrow: one crypto asset and one payment method, the Faster Payments System (SBP).

Rates and fees According to the terms, the commission is included in the exchange rate or calculation, so there is no separate line item at checkout. The rate is locked on the conditions and at the moment indicated by the service. Refunds carry their own fee provisions, which should not be read as the base exchange tariff.

Processing and limits The processing rules mention an interval of 45 minutes. This is a term from a specific regulation, not a guarantee for every operation, and bank, network and compliance delays are possible. Minimums and maximums are described per currency, direction or order, and no single limit for the whole service is confirmed.

Compliance AML and KYC procedures are published. The service may ask for identification details and documents, and the policy provides for confirmation of the lawful origin of funds. A refund may depend on the result of a compliance check, and fees or confirmed costs can be withheld.

Disputes and partners The rules first attempt to settle disputes through negotiation and then provide for court or arbitration. A partner and referral programme is announced, with terms set by the service.
