Fiat Republic is B2B payment infrastructure built specifically for crypto platforms. Through a single API it provides fiat accounts, named virtual IBANs for end users, local payment rails and instant settlement over its EagleNet network. It is an EMI and money services business group, not a bank.

Services The company lists corporate and client-money fiat accounts, named end-user virtual IBANs, EagleNet instant settlement, FX and compliance monitoring. Account types include corporate payment accounts, segregated client-money accounts, and master and virtual accounts. The API distinguishes corporate funds from client money, and one account cannot carry both tags. Currencies are GBP, EUR, USD and AUD, and rails include SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, CHAPS, BACS, Fedwire and ACH.

Entities and regulation Fiat Republic Financial Services Ltd (UK company 08649018, FCA 900524) and its Dutch company (company 84625791, DNB R190553) are regulated in the UK and the Netherlands. Registrations are also listed with FINTRAC in Canada (MSB M22599700) and FinCEN in the US (31000235244531). Bank details are allocated through partners.

Clients Crypto platforms, liquidity providers, stablecoin businesses and financial institutions. Account details are normally provisioned within seconds, according to the API documentation.
