Bank Negara Indonesia

Bank Negara Indonesia, known as BNI, acts as an acquirer under its own merchant terms. Its head office is at Gedung Grha BNI on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman in Central Jakarta.

Acceptance channels

The bank installs EDC terminals for card acceptance and supports QRIS, TapCash and LinkAja. It also lists ECR integration for merchants that connect terminals to cash registers.

Fees

According to the bank, new merchants pay no starting administrative fee. BNI publishes separate merchant discount rates for debit and credit cards issued by BNI and for cards of other banks, so the effective cost depends on the card mix of a given merchant.

Who it suits

The service is aimed at Indonesian businesses of any size that want one bank to provide terminals, QR and e-wallet acceptance and a settlement account. Requirements for onboarding, the list of KYB documents, supported currencies and any deposit protection apply per product and legal entity, so request the current conditions before signing a merchant agreement.
