Retail Technology Show 2027

Retail Technology Show 2027 takes place on 21–22 April 2027 at ExCeL London, open 09:00–17:00 on Wednesday and 09:00–16:30 on Thursday. The 2026 show drew 15,000 professionals from eleven buying functions, including IT, eCommerce, payments, marketing, loss prevention and supply chain, with brands such as Tesco, Boots, M&S, Next, John Lewis, H&M, Lego and Nike among visitors.

The exhibition covers payments and POS, eCommerce, hospitality tech, marketing, AI, supply chain, loss prevention, cybersecurity and loyalty. Content includes workshops and roundtables, London store tours, an innovation trail and start-up showcase, while a Cyber & Loss Prevention Zone and a Retailers Lounge add focused networking.

Who should attend

Acquirers, POS and EPOS vendors, checkout and anti-fraud providers looking for store and hospitality merchants. The show runs alongside PAY360 at ExCeL, so payments teams can cover both on the same trip.

Tickets and access

Entry is free for retailers, consumer brands and leisure and hospitality organisations. Technology suppliers and students need a paid pass; under-18s are not admitted.
