MPE Merchant Circles London 2026

MPE Merchant Circles London 2026 is a closed-door gathering of the Merchant Payments Ecosystem (MPE) community on 27 October at Sea Containers Events in London. Its tagline — where merchants speak openly — sums up the idea: 40–50 handpicked participants exchange practical experience of accepting and optimising payments in a small, candid setting rather than on a conference stage.

MPE is organised by Empiria Group and is best known for its annual Berlin conference, whose 20th edition runs on 9–11 March 2027. The London Circles extend that community between conferences.

Who should attend

Heads of payments and payment managers at merchants who want peer discussion on acquiring, PSP selection, routing, authorisation rates and costs. Payment providers can engage through the organiser's sponsorship options; the room itself is built around merchants.

Tickets and access

Participation is by invitation. Approved merchants attend free of charge after submitting an invitation request on the MPE website.
