개요
UnionBank of the Philippines is a Philippine bank that offers business accounts, corporate cash management, mobile cheque deposits and payroll. It also provides a payment gateway for merchants who accept payments online and face to face.
Business accounts - BizStarter: digital account opening, with a minimum deposit and balance of PHP 5,000; - Business Check: a cheque account with a minimum deposit and balance of PHP 100,000.
Accounts are held in Philippine pesos. Transfers run through PESONet, InstaPay, PDDTS and SWIFT in US dollars.
Corporate platform The Portal supports managing several companies from one place, transfers and configurable approval workflows, which helps finance teams that need several sign-offs on payments.
Payment gateway The gateway covers bank cards, QR payments, mobile POS and alternative payment methods. When the bank itself provides acquiring, funds pass through fewer intermediaries, and the merchant keeps payments and banking in one place.
Coverage and terms The services target companies selling to customers in the Philippines. Gateway pricing and settlement timing are not published; the bank sets them in the contract based on volume and business format.
