Airline booking acquiring is being sourced by broker QuadraPay for a separate client, an agency selling flights to buyers in the United States. Its current provider holds a 20% rolling reserve, and the merchant wants to switch.

Merchant profile - stated volume of $100–150k a month; - customers are US buyers; - country of incorporation, name and sales evidence are undisclosed.
Risks for a provider Airline booking involves delayed delivery: time passes between payment and departure, which raises chargeback and refund exposure. A provider therefore needs to verify the broker's authority to represent the merchant, refund liability and whether the request is still current.
