PayHere is a payment gateway for businesses in Sri Lanka. It accepts online payments from customers and automatically transfers the proceeds to the merchant.
Plans
- Lite: no monthly fee, 3.30% processing fee;
- Plus: LKR 3,990 per month, 2.99% fee.
The right plan depends on volume. Lite suits merchants just starting online sales or selling irregularly, since they pay only for processed transactions. Plus pays off with steady volume, once savings on the 0.31-point difference exceed the monthly fee. Channel terms apply to both plans.
Payouts
Payouts are automatic and daily on a T+2 basis: money arrives two days after the payment notification. The merchant does not need to request withdrawals manually, and funds arrive at a predictable pace.
Who it suits
The gateway is built for Sri Lankan online stores, services and companies collecting rupee payments from local customers. Published pricing makes it easy to estimate costs and pick the plan that fits your turnover.
