This is a Ghanaian money transfer company and payment provider. It processes international payments coming into Ghana and pays them out to recipients' bank accounts and mobile wallets.
Payment types
- P2P: transfers between individuals, such as money from relatives abroad;
- P2B: payments from individuals to businesses;
- B2B: payments between companies.
How payouts work
The company receives inbound international transfers and credits them to recipients in Ghana. Payouts go through the national payment switch, the infrastructure that links the country's banks and mobile money operators. Funds can therefore be sent:
- to a bank account;
- to a mobile money wallet, the most common way to hold and spend money in Ghana.
