Empire is a P2P processing service for accepting payments in Russia, operating since 2026. It takes payments through SBP (the Russian Faster Payments System) and card-to-card transfers and focuses on gambling and betting traffic.
Method and rates
The available method is "Classic", meaning SBP and card-to-card. The base rate starts at 10%, and the exact pay-in rate depends on the ticket size:
- 100 to 1,999 RUB: 12%;
- 2,000 to 4,999 RUB: 11%;
- 5,000 to 10,000 RUB: 10%;
- from 10,000 RUB: 9%.
The payout rate is 1.5%. The settlement exchange rate is Rapira plus 1%.
Limits
A single payment ranges from 100 to 20,000 RUB. Larger deposits have to be split into several transactions.

- onboarding takes 1–3 days;
- no KYC required;
- traffic type: gambling and betting.
What to consider
The company's own website and legal entity are not disclosed, so before launch ask for the contract terms, the dispute resolution process and a trial period on small volumes. The high rate on small tickets makes the service a better fit for projects with an average deposit above 5,000 RUB.
