개요
ArtPay is an online payment provider from Belarus. It accepts card payments and connects merchants to ERIP, with all transactions visible in a merchant dashboard.

ERIP is the national system Belarusians use to pay bills via internet banking, mobile apps, ATMs or bank counters. For a store it is a way to take money from customers who prefer not to enter card details on a website: the customer finds the seller's service in the ERIP tree or enters the order number and pays the usual way.
Who it suits
The service targets online merchants selling to customers in Belarus. Combining cards and ERIP covers the two most common online payment scenarios in the country, so fewer customers drop off at checkout.
Dashboard and terms
In the dashboard the merchant tracks payments from both channels. Fees, settlement timing and the legal entity are not published and are shared during onboarding. It is also worth asking how refunds work for ERIP payments.
