Nexpay

Nexpay is a Lithuanian electronic money institution (EMI) that opens business accounts with dedicated IBANs. Fiat accounts are maintained by the licensed entity UAB NexPay, with Vilnius as its registered base.

Clients

The company lists corporate clients, crypto exchanges, gaming platforms and merchant platforms among its customers. Its FAQ gives a crypto exchange as an example of a user of a corporate account, which makes the service relevant to digital-asset businesses that struggle to keep euro accounts.

Legal entities

Fiat accounts and OTC crypto operations are handled by different companies. UAB Nexpay provides the accounts, while OTC crypto transactions are executed by a separate Latvian company, SIA Nexdesk, which holds its own permissions. This explains why the card lists both Lithuania and Latvia as relevant countries.

Account types, currencies, payment channels, fees and settlement times differ by entity and market, and KYB document lists are provided on request. A crypto-related applicant should ask which entity will hold the account and which activities are covered.
