Andaria

Andaria is an electronic money institution group that provides embedded finance, payment accounts, payment infrastructure and card programmes for companies in the EU and the United Kingdom. It is a financial infrastructure provider, and not every product should be treated as a bank deposit.

Entities Two legal entities are named: Andaria Financial Services Limited, a Maltese company that acts as the fiat payment-services entity, and Andaria Financial Services UK Limited. The company states which entity serves a given client, so the contracting party should be confirmed at onboarding.

Crypto links A corporate payment account connects to a white-label crypto platform operated exclusively by YouHodler Italy S.r.l. Andaria says on its crypto page that it is not a CASP: it provides the fiat payment services, while crypto-asset services come from the partner.

Who it suits Published target segments include fintech companies, banks and financial institutions, businesses and enterprises, and software platforms. These are target groups, not an eligibility guarantee. Companies that want to embed accounts and cards, or that need a fiat leg next to a crypto offer, are the natural audience.
