Accertify Presents The Convergence Dividend: What Fraud & Cyber Convergence Is Really Worth

In this Convergence Dividend webinar hosted by the Merchant Risk Council, Accertify CMO Maryling Yu presents findings from The Convergence Dividend, a 2026 study of 250 fraud and risk decision-makers carried out by Accertify and Liminal Partners. Most organisations agree that fraud and cybersecurity teams should work as one, but few can show what that is worth. The data shows that companies practising all four joint-working behaviours scored 3.4 times higher on the study's fraud-precision measure than those practising none, and that the order in which teams join up matters as much as doing it at all. The session covers maturity benchmarks, the four behaviours that predict fraud outcomes and the cost of keeping fraud and cyber functions siloed.
