Zapper is a payment services provider operating in South Africa. It accepts QR code and bank card payments, both online and at physical points of sale.
Methods
- QR code: the customer scans the code with a phone and confirms payment in the app. The seller needs no separate terminal; it is enough to show the code at the till, on the table or on the bill.
- Cards: standard card acceptance online and on POS.
Sales channels
The company covers both e-commerce and in-store sales. That suits restaurants, shops and services where some customers pay on site and others through a website or app: both flows go through one provider and land in shared reporting.
