Risks for a provider Airline booking involves delayed delivery: time passes between payment and departure, which raises chargeback and refund exposure. A provider therefore needs to verify the broker's authority to represent the merchant, refund liability and whether the request is still current. The reasons for the reserve and the volumes are known only from the broker. The contact is the same as in the AI SaaS request, but the merchant is different.
