RubPay is P2P processing operating in Russia since 2025. The base rate starts at 10%, but each method has its own price, and some are noticeably lower.
Methods and rates
- "Classic" (SBP and card-to-card transfers): 8% to 11%;
- "Counterparties": 7%;
- cross-border payments: 7%;
- mobile commerce, meaning payment from a phone balance: 14%.
On the classic method the rate drops as the ticket grows:
- RUB 1,000 to 5,000: 11%;
- from RUB 5,000: 10%;
- from RUB 10,000: 8%.
The minimum transaction is RUB 1,000.
Deposit and onboarding
- security deposit of RUB 100,000;
- no KYC required;
- exchange rate based on Rapira.
The deposit is set in rubles rather than USDT, which is worth factoring into your launch budget.
Who it suits and what to check
Projects that need several ways to collect payments in Russia, including cross-border. The traffic type is not specified, so confirm compatibility with your niche in advance. RubPay's legal entity and website are not confirmed, so start with test volume.
