Sobre el evento
The Upper Midwest ACH Association (UMACHA) runs this live virtual webinar on 28 October 2026 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Central time.
Not all ACH reclamations are equal. The session compares reclamations initiated by the federal government with those from commercial Originators and the very different liabilities each creates for the receiving bank (RDFI). Participants will learn the RDFI's rights and responsibilities for each type, the key time frames, documentation and communication requirements, and best practices for managing reclamations. Special attention goes to limiting liability on federal government benefit payments.
Who should attend
Deposit operations, ACH and compliance staff at US banks and credit unions that receive government benefit payments, and fintechs or neobanks holding accounts through a sponsor bank that need to understand how deceased-beneficiary recoveries reach them. This reclamations webinar earns 1.2 AAP/AFPP/APRP credits.
Tickets and access
$225 for members or 8 Education Club tokens; $450 for non-members. All registrants receive the recording.
