Prepaid Kongress 2026

Prepaid Kongress 2026 bills itself as Germany's only specialist event for gift cards and prepaid. It takes place on 5 November 2026 at the Steigenberger Hotel Am Kanzleramt in Berlin, organised by the German prepaid association PVD (Prepaid Verband Deutschland) with support from dfv Conference Group. One day, three stages: the Main Stage handles regulation and politics, the Payment Stage covers technical and payment processes, and the Marketing Stage looks at customer engagement and retail trends. Discussion rounds and best-practice sessions lead into an evening community night.

Who should attend Decision-makers from the gift card and stored-value sector, payments, retail and technology, plus policymakers and regulators. Card issuers, gift card distributors, e-money institutions and processors get a compact view of the German regulatory agenda and direct contact with retail partners. The organisers expect 250+ participants and 30+ speakers.

Tickets and access Early-bird tickets were €100 cheaper in limited numbers. The programme is in German, with interpretation offered to international participants.
