Sports Betting East Africa+ 2027

Sports Betting East Africa+ 2027 is the 12th annual SBEA+ summit and exhibition by Eventus International, taking place on 21–23 April 2027 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. For eleven years it has been a meeting point for African operators, regulators, manufacturers, payment and software providers and other stakeholders to share experience and explore gaming innovation across the region.

The 2027 edition promises an operator-first agenda with open discussions on operational, regulatory and market issues, including an in-depth look at the regulatory framework in Eastern Africa. Previous editions combined an awards evening, two days of conference and expo and an invitation-only dinner; the 2027 venue and programme are still to be announced.

Who should attend

Mobile money aggregators, PSPs and payout providers serving betting operators in Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda and neighbouring markets, plus compliance advisers tracking new licensing regimes.
