이벤트 소개
This one-and-a-half-day tokenisation of money course from EBA Academy, held in Paris on 20–21 January 2027, is one of three advanced short modules the Euro Banking Association has offered since 2026 to complement its Payments from A to Z programme. It takes participants from traditional account-based money to tokenised digital assets.
The syllabus compares cryptocurrencies, stablecoins and central bank digital currencies, then goes into a stablecoins deep-dive covering the ecosystem, distribution, cross-chain bridges and interoperability challenges. Further sessions address regulatory frameworks including MiCA implementation, risk analysis and the impact on traditional banking, and strategic positioning and compliance for institutions. The course is taught in English.
Who should attend
Payments professionals at banks, PSPs and infrastructure providers who need an advanced, structured understanding of digital assets and tokenised money before making product or compliance decisions.
Tickets and access
EUR 950 for EBA members and EUR 1,350 for non-members, covering all seminar activities, learning materials, refreshments and a dinner on 20 January. Registration is via Eventbrite.
