EBA Academy short course on PSD3/PSR — Brussels, November 2026

The EBA Academy short course on PSD3/PSR is a one-day, in-person training in Brussels led by Kjeld Herreman with experts from the EBA Group. It walks payment professionals through the European payments legislative landscape and the move from PSD2 to PSD3 and the Payment Services Regulation: new authorisation requirements, changes to open banking, adjustments to strong customer authentication, transparency rules that affect cross-border payments and the logic of fraud reimbursement. The course also covers how the new rules interact with FIDA, the Instant Payments Regulation and the digital euro proposal. The PSD3/PSR course earns participants 10 credits toward the EBA's Payments Expert training path.

Compliance, legal, product and open banking teams at banks, payment institutions and EMIs preparing for licensing, SCA and fraud-liability changes.

Tickets and access

The fee is €750 for EBA members and €1,150 for non-members, including materials and meals. The November session is sold out; another one is scheduled in Brussels on 26 January 2027.
