소개
Swiss Fintech Innovations (SFTI) is an independent association of Swiss financial institutions, based in Zurich, driving collaboration and digital innovation through member-led working groups and published results.
Projects
The best-known output is the Common API: open specifications for Swiss banking, starting with payments and published free on GitHub. Its streams include Payment (XS2A and payment APIs), Mortgage, Card (credit, debit and prepaid), Pension and a Wealth API. Participants include 13 banks such as UBS, Raiffeisen and PostFinance, three insurers, SIX and Swisscom, and vendors such as Temenos and Avaloq. Other projects cover stablecoin business models, eID, digital assets, regulation and the mortgage token.
Latest news
On 14 October 2026 SFTI published an interview on how Swiss citizens can see their whole retirement savings picture. On 6 October it posted the Q3 Common API update: Open Pension reached production with ZKB and Profond live. On 1 October VZ VermögensZentrum joined as a member. News appears in English and German.
For PSPs and banks working with Swiss open banking, it is the place to follow API standards before they reach production.
