The RoboSats community is a public Telegram group, about 2,100 members, for users of RoboSats, a bitcoin exchange that matches peers over the Lightning Network and bills itself as "simple and private". Traders ask questions and share experience.

Where the conversation lives

The Telegram header points to three places: the platform reachable over Tor through an .onion address, the documentation at robosats.org and the source code on GitHub under RoboSats/robosats. The related subreddit r/robosats adds longer-form posts; one example is a user who could not receive sats after a trade, the typical wallet-and-routing problem on Lightning.

What it offers a payments reader

RoboSats uses no accounts in the usual sense, so disputes and failed payments are solved between traders and the platform's process, not through a customer-service desk. The group shows where people actually get stuck: invoices that do not route, fiat payment confirmations, and how fiat methods are agreed. The main language is English, though the user base is international. Useful if you analyse non-custodial or privacy-oriented P2P rails.
