Osobye.ru forum has a special discussion section, number 1108, where users review currency and crypto exchange services in Russian. Each service gets its own thread, and the length of the thread says how much people talk about it.

Threads in the section

Exinout Exchange follows with 5,487 posts across 15 pages, last active on 7 August. GarantCoin has 2,416 posts (latest 3 July), TorWex 457 posts (8 August), Splitex.net 223 posts (20 May) and Veyzar 118 posts (29 August).

Other content

Besides exchanger reviews, the section has trading competitions with AUD/USD forecasts, forex broker promotions and discussions of payment services such as Plata24, AbsolutExchange and FastM.pro.

For payments people the value is user-side evidence on how exchange services behave: complaints about delays, rate disputes and payouts. A PSP choosing which exchangers to work with, or a trader sizing up a service, can read the thread history before deciding.
