GPS #87 on 7 October looked at BCEAO interoperability mandates, the pricing of Mynt's IPO in the Philippines and changes to Kenya's mobile-money agent networks. Essay #135, "After M-Pesa: Building Kenya's Next Payments Leap" (5 October), reviews the Central Bank of Kenya's draft National Payment System Policy on instant payments and open finance. Essay #136 (12 October) uses the Dangote IPO to discuss tokenisation and wider ownership.
