ACH Origination Agreement

EPCOR runs this one-hour live webinar on 22 October 2026, starting at 10:00 Central time (CDT).

The ACH Rules set out the essential components of an origination agreement and the parties with whom a financial institution should have one, but leave room for interpretation about what else to include. The session examines those rule requirements and best practices, and identifies additional clauses that protect both the ODFI and its Originators.

Who should attend

Treasury management, commercial services and ACH compliance staff at banks and credit unions who onboard business originators. Payment facilitators, payroll and payout platforms that originate ACH through a sponsor bank will also see which contractual obligations their bank is likely to require.
