이벤트 소개
10DX Summit Syria is a one-day banking transformation summit on 12 January 2027, themed Rebuilding and Reconnecting Syrian Banking. The organiser's starting point is the legal reset: broad US sanctions ended in July 2025, the Caesar Act was repealed in December 2025 and the state sponsor of terrorism designation was rescinded in August 2026, while targeted sanctions remain.
The agenda is organised around three pillars. Compliance covers AML/CFT, the path off the FATF grey list, governance and institutional trust. Infrastructure covers core systems, data, cloud, AI, cyber resilience and modern payment rails. Access covers correspondent banking, cross-border payments and international finance. The page notes that Syria completed its first international Visa and Mastercard transactions days after delisting and is building a licensed payments framework under a World Bank-funded modernisation programme.
Who should attend
Bank chairmen and CEOs, heads of payments and cards, correspondent banking, treasury and AML, CIOs and CISOs, and central bank and FIU officials.
