10DX Summit Ethiopia 2027

10DX Summit Ethiopia 2027 is a closed one-day banking summit in Addis Ababa on 6 April 2027, themed The Intelligent Bank for an Open Market. It gathers technology, digital, transformation, data, customer experience and cyber leaders of Ethiopia's state and private banks — about 75 attendees from 25+ institutions and 15+ speakers.

The context is a market in rapid change: Proclamation 1360/2025 opened banking to foreign entrants, the birr floats, banks are listing on the Ethiopian Securities Exchange, and the National Bank of Ethiopia is rolling out EthioPay instant payments and the Fayda digital identity. Five sessions examine core readiness for new competitors, how Fayda meets the core, serving one customer across Fayda, EthioPay, branch and mobile, cyber resilience and local-language AI.
