Visa Resolve Online is the official Visa API gateway for dispute automation, Compelling Evidence 3.0 and the VAMP monitoring programme. Visa, which offers it, is headquartered in Foster City, California, and the service dates from 2015.

Dispute tooling The listed products are the VROL SOAP/REST API, Compelling Evidence 3.0 pre-dispute deflection and pre-arbitration automation. Visa states that fraud chargebacks of type 10.4 can be stopped before they are created when two historical transactions are submitted under CE 3.0. Target users are acquirers, issuers, PSPs, PayFacs and dispute platforms. Pricing follows the Visa network tariff.

Visa Direct The offering also includes Visa Direct, a global push-payment network founded in 2014 that reaches billions of cards, bank accounts and wallets for P2P, B2C and G2C. It offers Push-to-Card (OCT), Push-to-Account, Push-to-Wallet and an Alias Directory Service for transfers by phone number, in 190+ countries and territories. Visa says payouts such as gaming winnings can reach a card in about 30 seconds. It is used by PSPs, remittance apps, iGaming payouts, marketplaces and neobanks, with a network tariff charged through the acquirer or PSP.
