Rainforest Pay is an embedded white-label payment processing platform for vertical SaaS companies, built to give them a low-risk, high-margin way to monetize payments. It was founded in 2022 in Atlanta by veterans of Payrix.
What is included The platform supplies white-label components, merchant onboarding, ACH and card processing, and risk and compliance management. For a software vendor, this means its customers can start accepting payments inside the product, while the vendor earns a share of the processing revenue.
Markets Operations are in the United States and Canada. The target audience is B2B SaaS, vertical software providers and platforms.
Commercial model Rainforest Pay charges a platform fee and shares revenue with the software partner.
