개요
Wave payments is an e-wallet and PSP service that credits collections to a business wallet and processes online merchant payments. Sellers accept money from customers who already use the wallet.
How it works The shopper keeps money in a mobile wallet and pays from their phone. The seller receives funds into their own business wallet and can use them from there. For online sales, the merchant adds the wallet as a payment option on their website or app.
Why the model works - the shopper needs no bank card, only the wallet; - payment happens in an app the customer already knows; - funds land in the business wallet without extra steps.
This matters most where many people have no card but do have a mobile phone, and the wallet becomes the main cashless tool.
Who it suits Shops, services and online projects whose customers actively use the wallet, as well as small sellers that want simple payment acceptance without a terminal.
What to clarify Countries served, fees and integration options are not published. Ask for them when you apply, stating your market and sales channel.
