PayScrow is a payment provider that collects payments through P2P transfers and handles mass payouts. The base rate starts at 9%, and pay-in and payout rates differ by method.
Methods and rates (pay-in / payout)
- BT: 16% / 1%, security deposit 50,000 RUB;
- counterparties: 9% / 2%;
- GU: 9–14.5% / 1%;
- intrabank transfers: 8% / 1%;
- mobile commerce: 20% / 1%;
- "zaliv" deposits: 7–14% / 1%.
Currencies, countries and industries
Listed countries are Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and India. Currencies include the ruble, tenge, som and Indian rupee, as well as the manat, euro, pound, Indonesian rupiah and Turkish lira. Industries: betting, gambling, crypto, e-commerce, finance and travel.

- no ready-made plugins;
- documents required (KYC);
- settlement on T+0, the same day.
