The iPay Africa referral program is open to individuals and companies. A partner brings in businesses that, after vetting, join iPay to accept payments, make payouts and pay for services, and the partner earns a commission on each of their transactions.
Rewards Commission accrues on every transaction by a referred merchant for as long as it works with iPay. Unlike many referral programs there is no time limit: while the client keeps processing, the partner keeps earning. The rate is not given in the program FAQ and has to be requested.
Services the merchant gets - payment acceptance from customers; - payouts, sending money to suppliers, staff or customers; - bill payments, such as utilities and subscriptions.
Merchant vetting Not every referred business will be accepted: companies are vetted, and only those cleared count. Ask in advance which industries iPay does not serve, so you do not spend time on unsuitable clients.
Who it suits - individual partners such as consultants, accountants and developers; - corporate partners with a business client base.
