The Fiserv partner program covers several roles at once: selling payment solutions and Clover terminals, integrating software products and managing your own merchant portfolio. Intermediaries and developers each have their own participation models.
Who can join - ISOs and FSPs, organisations that sell acquiring and financial services to merchants; - PayFacs, payment facilitators that onboard sub-merchants under their own account; - agents who sign up businesses; - developers and ISVs, independent software vendors that embed payments in their products.
What partners work with - Clover, a POS system with terminals and apps for physical stores; - POS solutions for retail and hospitality; - merchant acquiring, meaning card acceptance.
An intermediary can build and manage a merchant portfolio, while a developer integrates its software with the Fiserv and Clover payment infrastructure.
Commercial terms The models for intermediaries and developers differ, but commercial rates are not published, and no countries are named. Rewards and portfolio commitments are discussed at application stage, based on the chosen role and the partner's scale.
