bKash agents are shop owners through whom customers of the mobile money service cash in and cash out. The company invites outlet owners to apply to its official Agent Partners programme.
What an agent does - carries out authorised bKash agent operations; - serves mobile money customers at its outlet.
bKash agent requirements The application form asks for: - the shop and its location; - a national identity document (NID); - a valid trade licence.
Applying does not guarantee approval; each outlet is reviewed individually.
How to apply 1. Prepare the NID and a valid trade licence for the shop. 2. Fill in the Agent Partners form on the official bKash site with the outlet details and location. 3. Wait for the review; bKash or its distributor contacts approved applicants.
Format and geography Recruitment covers Bangladesh only and concerns local agents with a physical outlet. It is not procurement of a payment API or a search for remote teams or accounts. Transaction volumes and agent commission are not disclosed. For a small shop, becoming a bKash agent means extra footfall and income from customer transactions.
