Wocpay describes itself as based in Hong Kong in some posts and in Canada in others. The Canadian entity WOCPAY CANADA INC. exists: BYDA TRANSFER LIMITED was renamed to it in June 2026. The claimed FINTRAC MSB registration has not been verified, nor the Hong Kong link. Coverage depends on partners, and the fiat and USDT scheme needs separate review. Clarify the contracting entity, permitted merchants, demand per country, volumes and settlement.
