RubinPay is looking for mass payouts in India for its customers: via UPI and IMPS, with a full API and crediting either instantly or within 10 minutes. The request was published in September 2026 and later reposted with the same wording.
Provider requirements - payouts over UPI and IMPS, India's two main instant transfer rails; - a full API for creating payouts, tracking statuses and reconciliation without manual steps; - capacity for high load, as the requester expects large volume; - speed: instant, or no longer than 10 minutes per payout.
Why it matters UPI pays to a virtual payment address, while IMPS uses an account number and the bank's IFSC code. A service supporting both can switch traffic when one rail degrades and still meet the promised crediting time.
What to clarify The volume has not been backed by figures. Before onboarding, discuss batch sizes, peak load, SLA, the contracting legal entity and the origin of funds; partner banks scrutinise these closely for Indian payouts.
