The founder of a SaaS platform for creator marketing is looking for a provider to pay creators worldwide. The business is registered in India as a sole proprietorship, and the platform has not launched yet.
Business model Brands run campaigns and the platform pays creators based on performance. There are no current customers and no payout volume yet.
What is needed - mass payouts to creators; - a cross-border payout platform with an API; - funding the payout wallet from an Indian business account.
What this is not It is not payment acceptance from buyers and not a merchant-of-record checkout. The need is outbound transfers from India to recipients in other countries. Payouts in rupees or via UPI are not mentioned.
What to clarify - which entity will send funds, since forming a US company is only an option under consideration; - the exact funds flow and sender authorisation; - recipient countries and payout currencies; - expected volumes and launch timing.
