A Colombian B2B SaaS marketplace is looking for a marketplace PSP with Stripe-like capabilities. The key condition is direct-to-seller settlement, with no custody of funds on the platform side. The request was published in March 2026.
Requirements - payment infrastructure built for platforms and marketplaces; - funds settled directly to each seller; - collection from buyers in different countries, as the company wants a global customer reach.
Why Merchant of Record does not fit An MoR model, where the provider becomes the seller of record, does not match the plan: the platform connects sellers and buyers and should not act as the seller itself. Plain payment links do not solve it either, because they cannot split the flow between parties.
What is known about the buyer The company name and volume are not disclosed. A provider that responds will need to confirm the legal entity, the seller base and which buyer countries come first. This setup usually means onboarding every seller as a sub-account with its own checks.
