KeyBS Pay publishes a Settlement Facility for corridor prefunding, accelerated settlement and card-network payout funding. After KYB and credit assessment, a business receives an individual limit, and the facility is repaid as the underlying funds clear, after which capacity recycles.

Assets and rails
Platform settlement is in USDT on Tron TRC-20 and Ethereum ERC-20. Platform currencies are USD, GHS, NGN, KES, ZAR, GBP, EUR, AED and CNY, while the facility currency is agreed individually.
Pricing and underwriting
The facility limit and pricing are underwritten individually, collateral is not publicly specified, and the platform payment fee is not a credit APR. Underwriting runs through KeyBS Trust Intelligence.

KeyBS Finance LLC is registered in Montana, with a Ghana group entity in Accra. The company dates from 2024, and API and enterprise access is in private beta.
