개요
Galaxy (digital assets) is the institutional crypto business of Galaxy Digital Inc., headquartered in New York City. Its credit offer covers collateralised loans, collar loans, miner financing and short-term liquidity against staked assets.
Lending and GOFR
In GOFR, the client borrows from Galaxy rather than directly from DeFi protocols; Galaxy aggregates rates and manages the positions. The minimum loan is USD 1 million. Collateral listed includes BTC, with USDC, USDT and ETH among the assets involved, and loan duration is bespoke and flexible.
Trading services
The service list also includes OTC spot, OTC derivatives and electronic trading, among ten listed lines. Clients include institutions and banks, among others.
Eligibility
Access is limited to qualifying counterparties, and the lending business faces Eligible Contract Participants. Retail and small users are therefore outside scope.

Terms to confirm
Pricing, loan-to-value levels, collateral haircuts and the specific Galaxy entity that signs the agreement are negotiated per client and should be requested directly.
