Community Investment Management structures asset-backed debt facilities for fintech companies. For prepayment and prefunding, its most relevant example is Karta: in June 2026 an institutional USD 125 million facility was announced, a disclosed transaction for a specific borrower, not a standard range available to every applicant.

Services Three services are listed: asset-backed fintech credit facilities, card-program receivables financing and institutional private credit. Receivables financing gives a card or payment program working capital against the money it expects to collect, so that it can fund spending before settlement arrives. The facilities are secured, but the precise security and terms of the Karta deal are not published.

Clients and location The clients are fintech companies, technology-driven lenders and card and payment programs. The head office is in San Francisco, with another office in New York, and the recorded markets include the United States, Colombia, India and Indonesia. The legal entity is an LLC.
