CODIVAL / SAGAM is the cash-in-transit business that works in Côte d’Ivoire as part of SAGAM International. Alongside armoured transport it offers a more discreet way to move small sums, using intelligent containers that stain banknotes with ink if they are tampered with.
Services Five services are listed: armoured cash-in-transit, alternative ink-staining cash-in-transit, cash processing, ATM management and vault custody. The alternative option suits businesses that do not want a visible armoured vehicle at their door.
Clients and requirements The company serves banks and businesses handling large or small cash volumes. Before starting a relationship it carries out a security audit of the customer's sites, which is a mandatory condition.
Location The base is in the Vridi industrial zone of Port-Bouët, Abidjan. Cash is the only payment channel.
Terms to clarify Coverage outside Abidjan, schedules and pricing are not published and depend on the audit result and the contract.
