Swan Bitcoin is a service for one-off and recurring purchases of bitcoin with US dollars.

How purchases work Purchases are funded by ACH or bank wire, or from a pre-funded USD balance, and the time before coins can be withdrawn depends on how the money arrived. The direction is USD to BTC and back, and bitcoin is the only asset. Buying and selling goes through partner custodians. A separate collaborative custody product is also published.

Fees The pricing page states 1% per purchase; a first-purchase promotion for new clients is not a permanent general tariff. The page also states BTC withdrawal without a service fee, while custody and additional products have separate pricing.

Compliance and entity Each new client has their identity verified through a specialist verification platform. The legal entity is Electric Solidus, Inc.

Who it suits The service suits US-based savers who want to accumulate bitcoin on a schedule and withdraw it to their own wallet. It does not cover altcoins or non-USD currencies.
